Generally interested clients inquire about space and tour what fits their needs. A basic and initial proposal is provided at that tour. If a client wishes to proceed, specific needs of the space, potential build outs, timelines and more are discussed.
Following the detailed conversations and likely additional visits to the space new proposals are provided and with collaborative effort terms of a leasing agreement are met suiting both parties.
